# The Little Mangrove

> Oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the Sea Isle community at 1101 West Ocean Drive, Sea Isle Unit #21, Key Colony Beach, FL 33051. Infants are welcome. Sleeps 4 overnight, infants included. Direct booking site for the vacation rental.

The Little Mangrove is a vacation rental of about 990 square feet on the Atlantic Ocean in Key Colony Beach, Florida. Hosts are Tim and Casey. This site is published by Deep Roots Group LLC.

Check-in is Saturday at 3pm. Checkout is 9am. A 7-night minimum stay is required by Key Colony Beach ordinance Sec. 9-24. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

Infants are welcome. Up to 4 overnight guests, infants included. Up to 2 daytime visitors.

The master bedroom has 1 king bed, an ensuite bath, and a balcony with an ocean view. The second bedroom has its own full bathroom and two full beds. The living area is open to an eat-in kitchen. Inside: coffee, high-speed wifi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is kid friendly. Infants are welcome. A pack and play is available on request, as long as total guests, infants included, are 4 or fewer.

Free for renters: 2 lobster sets, each with a net, a tickle stick, a measuring gauge, and a lobster bag. Also free for renters: 2 sets of fishing poles and light shore-fishing gear, and beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. Florida fishing licenses, seasons, and size and bag limits apply. Sea Isle is pet-free. No pets at any time.

Unit #21 has one assigned parking space. Boats, trailers, and jet skis are not allowed in the lot or on the beach.

Shared Sea Isle amenities, not private to the condo: shared heated pool, beach, tiki huts, tiki grills, lounge chairs, and shuffleboard. Outdoor cooking is allowed only at the tiki grills. A kayak and paddleboard storage rack by the beach is for short-term use.

There is no washer or dryer in the unit. Shared coin laundry next to the pool is $2 per washer and $2 per dryer.

No smoking or vaping in the unit, on balconies, or at the pool or beach. Smoking is allowed only in the parking lot and designated areas.

Key Colony Beach is 2 hours from Miami and 1 hour from Key West. Nearby activities stated on the site: fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, pickleball, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
